Bienfaits

Maintaining a healthy urinary tract: Cranberry PACs, dosed at 50 mg per day, are being studied regarding their role in limiting the adhesion of certain bacteria, such asEscherichia coli, to the urinary walls. Clinical studies suggest that this effect could be observed from doses of 36 mg of PACs/day.

Renal elimination and drainage: Heather is traditionally used to contribute to normal urinary elimination. Hibiscus contributes to natural drainage and the elimination of excess water through the kidneys.

Contributes to general well-being: The combination of cranberry, heather and hibiscus extracts helps support normal urinary functions, contributing to daily comfort and well-being.

Cranberry and urinary well-being: natural ally or preconceived notion?

Urinary discomfort, especially in women, is common and bothersome. For generations, cranberries have been valued for their role in urinary well-being. But what's the reality?

This small red berry, native to North America, contains proanthocyanidins (PACs), bioactive compounds that are the subject of numerous scientific studies.

This research suggests that PACs may play a role in reducing the adhesion of certain bacteria, such asEscherichia coli, to the walls of the urinary tract.

Myth or reality?

📖Reality: Support for urinary well-being

Cranberry PACs are being studied for their potential to help maintain a healthy urinary tract, particularly in people with recurring urinary discomfort.

However, it is important to remember that cranberry does not treat an existing urinary tract infection. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice.

🌀Myth: All cranberry products are created equal
Industrial juices or dried berries often contain too few PACs to be of any real benefit. Standardized dietary supplements, such as Cyztinelle BIO, guarantee optimal PAC levels for appropriate use.

Cranberry, an ally in a global approach

Cranberry can't do everything on its own, but it can be part of a comprehensive urinary wellness approach, alongside good habits:

💧Hydrate yourself: Drink at least 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day to promote good elimination.
🚽Urinate regularly: Do not keep a full bladder for too long.
🌿Combine other plants: Cyztinelle BIO combines cranberry with herbs like heather and hibiscus for complementary support.
