Bienfaits

✅ Skin health: Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and the protection of cells against oxidative stress, linked to environmental factors such as UV rays or pollution. Burdock and turmeric are traditionally used to maintain healthy skin, particularly by protecting cells against free radicals produced by oxidative stress. Turmeric is also recognized for its role in supporting the immune system, thus contributing to the management of skin inflammations such as acne.

✅ Rebalances hormonesZinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, thus supporting hormonal balance. Alfalfa, rich in phytoestrogens, is traditionally used to alleviate the discomfort associated with a drop in estrogen.

✅ Carbohydrate metabolism: Chromium supports normal macronutrient metabolism (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins), promoting their transformation and utilization by the body. It also contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. Irregular blood sugar levels can be associated with weight gain, particularly in cases of PCOS, where insulin resistance is common. Olive oil is traditionally used to help maintain normal blood sugar levels by promoting physiological sugar balance.

✅ Soothing: Vitamin B1 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal psychological functions. Hops are traditionally used for their calming effects, promoting optimal relaxation and a positive mood.

(1) The beneficial effectsVitamin B1, as well as the above-mentioned zinc and chromium are obtained with a daily intake covering at least 15% of the reference nutritional values (NRV). This product provides up to 150% of the NRV, thus guaranteeing their effectiveness.

The beneficial effects of Aflfalfa, Hops, Burdock, Turmeric, and Olive are based on scientific data and traditional uses, currently being evaluated by EFSA. These claims, given for informational purposes, have not yet been validated or officially recognized at the European level.

A common hormonal condition: PCOS

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal condition that affects some women of reproductive age. It manifests itself through a series of changes related to hormonal and metabolic balance:

  • Hormonal variations:A significant production of androgen hormones, such as testosterone, which can influence the appearance of the skin or lead to more pronounced hair growth.
  • Irregular menstrual cycles:Long, spaced or sometimes absent cycles, reflecting irregular ovarian activity.
  • Metabolic balance:Increased insulin sensitivity, which can affect weight management and carbohydrate metabolism.

PCOS symptoms vary from woman to woman in intensity and combination. If you suspect this condition, it is essential to consult a doctor.
