Bienfaits

✅ Hormonal and energy support: Oats are traditionally used to help maintain normal thyroid function and energy metabolism.

  • The thyroid plays a central role in metabolism and overall hormonal regulation. It particularly influences sex hormone levels.

Some explore the effects of chasteberry on inhibiting the secretion of prolactin, a key hormone involved in stimulating milk production by the mammary glands (2-4). However, these effects are not the subject of health claims authorized by European authorities.

✅ Nutritive and remineralizing contribution: Nettle, a source of minerals, is traditionally used to maintain bone health and support vitality. Oats, rich in essential nutrients, contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and contribute to general well-being.

✅ Relief and comfort: Blackcurrant is traditionally used to contribute to the proper functioning of muscles and joints, thus promoting overall physical well-being. Artichoke extract, rich in cynarin, contributes to normal liver function and digestion, thus promoting overall metabolic balance during periods of hormonal transition.

(1)The beneficial effects claimed for this product are based on scientific data and traditions of use currently being evaluated by EFSA. These claims, given for information purposes, have not yet been legally validated at European level.

Gentle weaning: how to control lactation?

Prolactin, a hormone secreted by the pituitary gland, plays a central role in the lactation process by stimulating milk production by the mammary glands.

During weaning, a decrease in nipple stimulation normally leads to a gradual drop in prolactin levels, which naturally reduces milk production.

However, this process can sometimes be disrupted, resulting in uncomfortable or painful milk letdowns.

Certain plants, such as those present in the Sevraé formula, are traditionally used to naturally support women during weaning from breastfeeding.

The artichoke (Cynara scolymus) contributes to normal liver function and supports the body during hormonal transitions, while chasteberry (Vitex agnus-castus) helps maintain female hormonal balance.

Although the effects of chasteberry on prolactin are being studied, these results are not the subject of authorized health claims in Europe.
