Présentation détaillée

Ton Every-D is a plant-based vitamin D3 dietary supplement formulated to meet identified vitamin D needs. With its convenient dropper cap, this dietary supplement allows for precise dosage adjustments to meet the specific needs of each individual, whether children, adults, seniors, or pregnant women.

What is vitamin D?

Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for the functioning of our body.
It contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 (or cholecalciferol) is the most widely used form of supplementation. Here, it comes from lichen, a 100% plant-based source, compatible with vegetarian and vegan diets.

It is combined with rapeseed oil, which promotes its assimilation, because vitamin D is fat-soluble. It therefore needs a fatty substance to be properly absorbed by the body.

Bienfaits

✅ Bone health: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, particularly by supporting the body's absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus. These minerals play an essential role in bone strength throughout life.

Dental health: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth by supporting the metabolism of calcium and phosphorus, which are necessary for the formation, strength and resistance of teeth to external aggressions.

✅ Muscle function: Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function by playing a role in muscle contraction and relaxation. It also supports muscle strength, which is essential for daily movements and to reduce the risk of falls, particularly in older adults.

✅ Immune system: Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system by activating the body's defense cells, such as T lymphocytes, which play a role in fighting infections and inflammation. It helps regulate the body's immune responses, promoting a balance between defending against infections and preventing overreactions.

✅Cellular support: Vitamin D plays a role in the cell division process, which is essential for the renewal of the body's tissues. This mechanism supports cellular repair and proper organ function, thus contributing to the maintenance of overall health.

(1) The beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of at least 15% of the Nutrient Reference Values (NRV). With an intake of 1000% of the NRV, this product largely guarantees the necessary intakes to achieve these benefits.

À qui s'adresse ce produit ?

This product is intended for anyone who:

  • Works mainly indoors or goes out little, limiting exposure to the sun, especially in winter.

  • Lives in an area with little sunlight or regularly wears covering clothing, reducing natural vitamin D production.

  • Is a pregnant or breastfeeding woman. During pregnancy, vitamin D requirements increase to support calcium absorption, which is necessary for fetal bone development, while maintaining calcium and phosphorus balance and maternal needs.

  • Is an older person whose skin produces vitamin D less efficiently over time.

  • Has dark skin, which can reduce the ability to synthesize vitamin D in the sun.

  • Follows a vegetarian or vegan diet and wants plant-based vitamin D3.

  • Practice regular physical activity and want to maintain strong bones and good muscle function.

  • Have difficulty assimilating certain nutrients due to digestive disorders or a specific diet.

This product is not a medicine and cannot legally claim to prevent, treat or cure any disease..

Why are vitamin D deficiencies so common?

Many people have insufficient vitamin D intake, a concern given its essential role in bone, muscle and immune health.

Several factors explain this widespread inadequacy:

Limited natural production:
The main source of vitamin D comes from skin synthesis under the influence of ultraviolet (UVB) rays.

Daily exposure of 15 to 20 minutes to the sun, in the late morning or afternoon, is generally sufficient to ensure adequate intake.

However, this natural production is limited by:

  • Low exposure to the sun, especially in winter or in regions with little sun.
  • The use of sunscreens, essential for protecting the skin but which block UV-B rays necessary for the synthesis of vitamin D.
  • Skin pigmentation, which reduces the effectiveness of this synthesis.
  • Age, because the skin's ability to produce vitamin D decreases over time.

Limited food sources:
Foods rich in vitamin D are rarely consumed or present in the daily diet.

Oily fish, cod liver oil and egg yolk are the main sources, but their intake remains insufficient to cover daily needs.

Reduced absorption:
Some people may have difficulty absorbing vitamin D properly, particularly due to digestive problems.

These disorders, such as inflammatory bowel disease or celiac disease, can affect intestinal function and limit the absorption of nutrients, including vitamin D.

Specific life periods:
Certain periods increase the demand for vitamin D:

  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: To ensure bone development of the fetus and infant.
  • Childhood and adolescence: Phases of rapid growth require sufficient intake to support normal bone development.
  • Seniors: With age, the skin's synthesis of vitamin D declines significantly. Supplementing with vitamin D helps support bone health, which can become fragile.

Conseils d'utilisation

Recommended dosage

  • Under 10 years: 2 drops per day (1000 IU).

  • 10 years and older: 3 to 4 drops per day (1500-2000 IU).

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding or senior women: 4 drops per day (2000 IU).

  • In the morning, ideally at breakfast.

  • To be taken directly on the tongue with a spoon, or mixed with a drink or food containing fat (milk, yogurt, smoothie).

Recommended duration

  • To compensate for a vitamin D deficiency: A course of treatment lasting at least 3 months is generally recommended, with a dosage adapted to the deficiency.

  • To maintain daily intake: Daily intake can be followed throughout the year, particularly during winter or when there is little sun exposure.

  • For pregnant and breastfeeding women: Continuous supplementation throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding is often recommended, under medical advice.

  • For seniors: Regular supplementation is recommended to compensate for the natural decrease in skin synthesis linked to age.

Medical monitoring is recommended to adjust the duration according to individual needs, particularly after blood monitoring of vitamin D levels.

Précautions d'emploi

  • Seek medical advice if pregnant, breastfeeding or for children under 10 years old.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose to avoid the risks associated with an overdose.

  • To be used as part of a healthy lifestyle and a varied and balanced diet.

  • Store in a dry place, away from light and heat.

  • Keep out of reach of children.

Contre-indications

  • Hypercalcémie : Augmentation anormale du taux de calcium dans le plasma
  • L'hyperparathyroïdie est une production anormalement élevée d'hormone parathyroïdienne par les glandes parathyroïdes.
